I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, licensed in Ohio with over 8 years of experience working in the field of mental health, with specifically 5 years of clinical counseling. I have spent my career treating clients with a varied range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, stress, personality and mood disorders, addictions (alcohol, opiates, gambling, porn, etc.), codependency, grief and trauma.
My passion is to help people improve their lives through assisting them to realize and utilize their own strengths and potential to live their best possible life. I truly believe that having a neutral, non-judgmental and attentive listening ear with whom you can discuss your thoughts and feelings, is one of the best ways to improve your overall well-being! When seeking counseling, I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, unconditional positive regard, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Humanistic and Mindfulness; but in the end- every client is different, so I will tailor my approach and individualize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
I’m so proud of you for seeking out help to improve your life. If you are ready to take the first step in moving towards a happier, healthier you- then I am here to support and empower you in your journey!
I look forward to working with you!

I really enjoy working with her, she's been very supportive and I don't know that I could have made it to these last couple of months without her.
Brennas great! She’s understanding and knowledgeable and not only willing to help but able to!
Brenna is the first therapist that has made me feel fully comfortable while telling her things that no one else does. She is very supportive and always has the perfect solution or advice to anything I'm dealing with. I plan to continue with Brenna for as long as I need to!
Brenna is fantastic. She truly listens and has very helpful feedback and suggestions. She has helped me considerably.
I like that Brenna seems to listen and ask pertinent questions. I’m comfortable sharing with her.
Brenna has a special focus on addiction counseling and has been helping me understand my codependent behaviors. She helps me to refocus and be strong in my recovery and convictions, which is hard because this is so new to me. Brenna is a great listener and is also not afraid to be direct with me, which I appreciate.
I feel a natural chemistry with Brenna because she is easy to talk to and a good listener. She can relate my experiences to her own and helps me feel like what I'm going through is normal and understandable.
Very insightful and kind. Easy to talk to. Went over and beyond what I expected in a desire to help me.
After my first session I was really comfortable talking with Brenna. She had many things that I could practice daily to help with my anxiety. Also after learning that she had been affected by anxiety before, it made it a lot easier to talk to her about what I'm going through.
