About me

I am licensed in New York with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, and can assist people experiencing issues with motivation, self esteem, and/or confidence. I incorporate strengths based psychology to help us emphasize not only the areas you want to work on, but to make space to highlight your progress and the areas you're absolutely killing it in! I also utilize a lot of CBT and ACT components into my approach. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
