I am a Professional Counselor that utilizes the principles of applied psychology and intertwines it with an approachable, real-life plan of action. I have 15 years of experience working with clients from all backgrounds and needs; depression and anxiety, relationship/marriage concerns, anger management, parenting issues, PTSD, and OCD. In addition to being a Licensed Professional, I am also a Certified Christian Life Coach and Ordained Minister (Christian Faith). A specific treatment plan for each client is designed and Biblical principles are utilized with those clients that desire Christian Counseling. Otherwise, Clients will be assisted with only psychological methods and tools.
My approach to counseling is the belief that we all need someone with which we can interact and often times an outside party gives the most balanced perspective. I believe that it is the things that are out of our control that seem most problematic. Counseling serves as a guide to help in gaining control over the things we can control. Counseling becomes a priceless commodity in our lives.
