About me
Welcome! Finding the right therapist can be a difficult process, so congratulations for getting to this point. I've worked in many different settings with the overall goal of helping people access mental health services in a way that feels natural and supportive. I am most passionate about working with adults who are connected in some way to children: parents, caregivers, pregnant moms, teachers, social service caseworkers, etc. My clinical areas of expertise include parenting support, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, early childhood, and trauma. Many of my clients experience various symptoms of stress, anxiety, and/or depression related to difficulties in the above areas. My approach is flexible, and adapts based on what is best for the client while utilizing a combination of evidence based, client centered, and mindful/somatic approaches.
