About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 12 years experience in mental health counseling in various settings. I am Certified in Perinatal Loss Care and have specialized in pregnancy and infant loss for more than 12 years. I also focus on pregnancy and postpartum anxiety and depression. I have worked in the private practice, outpatient offices, and hospital settings.

In 2010, I founded ‭‭Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness of Washington County, MD, an organization that hosts events and provides support to individuals and families coping with pregnancy and infant loss.‬‬

‭‭My therapy style and approach are client-centered. I will work with you to help you set and meet your goals. My priority is to meet you where you are to provide support to empower you.‬‬

I provide individual counseling through messaging and live chat sessions. This means I will check in at least once per day Monday through Thursday and usually once over the weekend. I am also available for live chat sessions. I do not provide phone or video sessions.

‭‭I look forward to working with you!‬‬

Brianne is a good counselor. She is there as a good listener to let you vent and to be able to better process your emotions or difficulties. I feel good after speaking to her, I feel heard and understood. I feel safe. I feel a great weight lifted off of my shoulders.
