About Me

Hello! I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Massachusetts with over 10 years in the field and have worked with a wide range of clients including those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life threatening illness, relationship issues (family, friendship, couples, etc), stress, parenting concerns, life stages and transition, trauma and abuse, loss, and infertility and pregnancy. I have coached many people through their processes of individual growth and who are looking to create a better life space for themselves.

My counseling style is kind, interactive, and down to earth. I have a fluid approach catered to your needs taking from humanistic theories, system and strength based theories, and using mindfulness and traditional talk therapy. I work with your wishes and desires for treatment while making sure we have a plan for change and growth because I know your time and efforts are valuable.

My experience has allowed me to work across the United Stated as well as internationally and with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, diagnoses, socioeconomic classes and the barriers that come with each. At my core, I believe in treating everyone with empathy, kindness, and compassion.

I am grateful you are here looking and hope to be the best fit for you!

So far she is very knowledgeable and understands our dynamics. We are very pleased and we love the flexibility and to be able to do this from home.

Bridget is thoughtful, kind and very welcoming. She listens very carefully and she is good at giving another perspective. I really have enjoyed our sessions and it has helped bring my clarity.

In the short time I've communicated with Bridget she's given me a lot of insight. I look forward to our sessions, and I really appreciate the care she puts into her responses. Even if it's just to say she's recieved it and is taking time to craft a response.

Bridget has helped tremendously in the relatively short time we have worked together. She listens my concerns and always follows up on things we talk about. I've gained a lot of insight into some of my concerns and issues since starting therapy with Bridget. She seems very experienced and it shows in the work we do together.
