I’ve been working with Bridget for the past 2 months. I could see that she’s very dedicated to her profession. Every time I talk to her I am able to introspect into a new dimension of myself. Her sheer clarity of thoughts and ingenious approach towards her clients are admirable.
Always has good advice and sources on the topics that I write about.
Bridget has been nothing but absolutely wonderful in helping me with my therapy. I have complete confidence that she understands my issues, and she is very helpful with shining different lights on my issues while allowing me to work through them at my own pace as well.
I spent some time talking to Bridget during my divorce and she was absolutely wonderful. She contextualized things well, provided advice, and lended much needed moral support. I will highly recommend her to others.
Been great so far early in our work together.
Bridget has made me feel like I’m not alone and that I deserve to be happy! She’s made me a better person!
Bridget has been an amazing resource to my life. I don't live chat with her as often as I probably should, but that is due to my wishes - she has made herself more than available to me. Probably the biggest take-away I have from counseling (which I have never participated in before) is having another neutral point of view for situations in my life that I am so terribly entangled in. She is understanding of what I'm trying to say and how I feel, but she has a way of positioning other ways to think about things that has been very helpful to me. Our conversations have helped me to start putting that into action in my day to day interactions. Whereas I used to just immediately start to see things my way, I've found that I'm much more likely to try and see someone else's perspective before getting angry or upset. She has been great and I can't thank her enough for the support she has provided to me.
Bridget is the best counselor I have ever worked with. She offers a variety of different formats and even has a 50-minute long video session she tries to do weekly which is such a rare gem on this platform. Whether via live chat or video, she always knows when to listen but also when to probe. She doesn't leave me to talk for hours, she peppers the conversation with important questions for me to reflect on, and makes astute observations I may not have otherwise noticed. I talk about her and what I learned all the time to friends and family because of how invaluable it is - she has become the wise counselor of my entire circle!
Bridget is very kind, responsive, understanding and non-judgmental. She was able to help me work through moderate-severe anxiety, questions about sexuality, and just helped me learn myself better and learn how grow closer to finding my peace. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking help for their mental health and well-being.
She is a very nice and caring lady. She listened to me and provided some new perspectives in my thinking.
She is kind, compassionate and very understanding. I've already recommended her, and BetterHelp to a friend!
So far she is very knowledgeable and understands our dynamics. We are very pleased and we love the flexibility and to be able to do this from home.
Bridget is thoughtful, kind and very welcoming. She listens very carefully and she is good at giving another perspective. I really have enjoyed our sessions and it has helped bring my clarity.
In the short time I've communicated with Bridget she's given me a lot of insight. I look forward to our sessions, and I really appreciate the care she puts into her responses. Even if it's just to say she's recieved it and is taking time to craft a response.
Bridget has helped tremendously in the relatively short time we have worked together. She listens my concerns and always follows up on things we talk about. I've gained a lot of insight into some of my concerns and issues since starting therapy with Bridget. She seems very experienced and it shows in the work we do together.
