Bridget has been working in the mental health field for the past 8 years. Her experience is primarily with families and adolescents who have experienced trauma, addiction, attachment ruptures, and mental illness. She has experience implementing trauma focused interventions, animal assisted interventions, experiential therapy, DBT, CBT, and parent coaching strategies to help her clients find growth and healing. Her passion lies in experiential therapy where she incorporates nature and animals in the healing process. Bridget believes in empowering individuals to find their passion and purpose in life. She uses holistic approaches to help her clients build self-confidence, strengthen their relationships, heal, and courageously find their path.
