About me

With my twenty years of experience in counseling as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist in California, let me help you navigate these painful and difficult times of transition. Utilizing both talk and art therapy, we can work together to identify and help manage the complexities of your emotions and work towards feelings of peace and healing. Life transitions can often feel like an overwhelming and lonely road, but it need not be so. Loss, conflict, anxiety and stress can radiate out into the work and family life, impacting our relationships with our spouse, children, co-workers and friends. Conflict can often highlight issues that were present in the family for years and never dealt with. It can lead to feelings of anger, frustration, despair, inertia, and isolation. However, in our darkest places, it is the discomfort that motivates our change and growth in finding our new normal. I have experience with couples, families, individual and grief support with all ages from children through adulthood. Utilizing a person centered and non-judgmental approach, we will explore the myriad of emotions transition and stress can bring. You have already taken the first step in reaching out, let me help support you on your journey.

I really like Miss Bridget, she is a therapist that I really can connect with.
I can freely speak to her with no judgment and she’s awesome. I feel like she’s been my therapist for years and she reminds me of the therapist that I used to have.
It’s such a blessing that she and I have a good relationship
