About Me
My name is Bridget Hackett and I have been working in the mental health field for four years. I became a mental health counselor because I saw a need for support and guidance within the younger adult community that may not have had access to services while growing up and have developed unhealthy ways of coping with life’s challenges. I pride myself on my non-judgmental and collaborative style and I will work with you to become the person you are striving to be. Although I became a mental health counselor later in life, and because I began this journey later in life I believe that because of my own experiences I can help you realize that anything is possible with a little support and motivation, and I am here to give that support and guidance. I enjoy watching people grow and become empowered by their choices and decisions. My specialties include sexual assault and abuse, mood disorders and personality disorders.

I had a great time working with Bridget.
I’ve been working with Bridget for 4 weeks now and she is amazing! I wish i would of started therapy sooner as it has helped beyond my imagination.
Bridget is very helpful and very understanding.
I’ve only had two sessions so far with Bridget, but I feel completely at ease speaking to her. She makes me feel more optimistic about my future, and I wish I had started therapy sooner. Thank you Bridget!
I have had one visit with Bridget so far but I definitely enjoyed our first session and can see sticking with her for a long time. Thank you
We are early in our experiences together but so far I feel she has been taking a positive, effective approach to why I reached out to betterhelp. I look forward to where this is going.
