At first I was very scared to seek counseling, but I knew I need the help and would feel much better afterwards. Brittany's knowledge and methods of guidance was very well suited for me. I'm a very action, practical person. Thus after every session she gives me goals and practice to try out. And they have all benefited me. I seem immediate changes in me and can see the changes be long lasting. ❤️ I'm extremely greatful for her knowledge, professionalism, patience, confidence , and showing up for me in the way I needed her to be. She was a fantastic match for my needs.

Brittany takes the time to understand my situation from every angle before giving me advice and I really appreciate her mindful questions. She’s also provided many new tools that are actually practical and not just conceptual.

She’s simply amazing. Really appreciate her. She’s so insightful. Been a therapy a long time. Never had a therapist I trusted or felt this comfortable with. So glad I reached out for help.

Brittany Avnieli has been very receptive to what I'm going through and acknowledges it. Since it's still early in our interaction, I can't offer definitive feedback on BetterHelp, but what I've experienced so far has been good.
