About Me

Greetings! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois with over 8 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, career satisfaction, relationships, boundaries, sex/sexuality, perfectionism, boundaries, identity, and feeling empowered in the decisions they make.

Therapy is a partnership, and we will use a collaborative approach, while building our relationship, navigating your journey to total health and wellness. Moving toward your definition of your best self, its important to address all wellness areas: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and financial/occupational; seeking and defining the answers that will get you where you want to be! My job is to help you process any pain and obstacles that are in your way, while focusing on your strengths, as we work on areas to improve. We will identify tangible goals and regularly identify progress.

Seeking help is the first step towards healing. Finding a therapist that is the right fit for you is another step towards change. You have been so brave to do so. Lets work together to move you towards wellness!
