About me
Congratulations on making a commitment towards your own wellness! Seeking out support is a big step that can often feel difficult to take, but can prove to be very rewarding! If you need support with transitions, grief, identity formation or life’s other challenges, I aim to provide support in an open minded, non- judgmental manner. I value cultural competency and have made a commitment to supporting individuals as they navigate their own personal identities and how they experience the world.
The therapeutic approaches that I find most effective are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I strive to meet each client where they are and work to find modality that will help you address challenges as they present themselves. I aim to collaborate with you to build a plan that works for you!
You are welcome to message me anytime through Better Help. I will check messages twice each day, seven days per week. I offer messaging, live chat and phone sessions at various times throughout the day, including the evenings.
