I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I currently own a private practice, where I see patients ages 11+. I work often with individuals, families, and couples. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in all levels of care, including hospital settings such as inpatient and partial hospitalization programs; and have a diverse set of skills and knowledge. I am also on the Board of Directors in my community's counseling association.
My mission as a therapist is to empower you to grow and to help facilitate positive change. I will always show compassion, understanding and support every step of the way. My patients and I work together to set goals and work through past and present difficulties, as well as overall life stressors. My approach with therapy is very individualized and unique to each persons needs. I often use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Solution Focused approach, but am also very eclectic; using other therapeutic approaches, such as, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Psychodrama, and even Gestalt at times.
On a personal note, I have lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with my husband and our 3 fur kiddos for a little over 7 years now. We have 2 dogs and a cat, who are all spoiled rotten! When Im not working; I love to travel (specifically to the ocean), I love to sing (I write songs and have recorded some; and I love to karaoke), I love nature (walking trails, watching birds and butterflies, laying outside), I love all things art (painting, photography, crafting), and I also love just spending time with family and friends-- game nights, vegging out on the couch-- anything that creates quality time and fun!
If you would like to know more about my approach to therapy, or would like to begin working together, please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to the chance to help you improve your happiness and relationship with yourself and others, help you reach your goals, and help you get closer to overall success and satisfaction in your life.

Great counselor. Brittany has helped me a lot in my personal life. She has really helped to improve my life in so many ways, and also changed my way of thinking and seeing things. She always listens and has a lot of experience and knowledge. I would recommend her 100%, she's amazing!
Brittany Pepper has been amazing beyond words. I have learned more about myself with her guidance than I could have on my own. She has been absolutely instrumental in helping me uncover issues and make breakthroughs that I never even knew were necessary. Her compassionate and kind nature, her perceptiveness and her overall caring demeanor have made it easy to open up and be comfortable with her. I can not say enough about how much she has helped turn life around.
Brittany didn't give up when I missed an appointment and fell off the wagon a little bit, interaction wise. She seems genuinely concerned for her clients well being and I trust her to help me overcome my current and future difficulties.
Brittany is the best, she listens to all my tribulations. She is very helpful, and works with me on a path forward.
Brittany was very helpful and sweet. She helped me work though a tough time and helped me build my confidence again. She also provided me with tools to battle anxiety which has helped a great deal when dealing with panic attacks. She is a great listener while also providing great advice.
Brittany has been a huge help and a voice that I have been able to rely on in my time of need. It has been much easier to deal with my situation with her helping me along the way. Definitely one of the better decisions i have made. You can't always solve the problems alone. If you are reading this, thanks for everything Brittany!
