Brittany Sailer, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and depression. I also have experience working with supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism and ADHD.
My approach is person-centered. I pull from many different modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Integrated Family Systems Theory. I use these modalities throughout therapy, by focusing on the individual and identifying what it is that they need. I love walking through life with people and helping them discover how to love and care for all parts of themselves.
