About me
There’s no universal roadmap for navigating life’s challenges, which is why believing that our struggles are unworthy of care can keep us from growth and healing. As a licensed therapist in Florida with 13 years of professional experience, I specialize in trauma and marriage and family therapy. I’ve worked with individuals and families who’ve carried their pain in silence, often believing their reactions to life’s most difficult moments are invalid or “too much.” I’m here to challenge that narrative.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a deep respect for the individual journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused strategies to support clients through trauma, relationship conflicts, deployment transitions, and personal crises.
I believe therapy is a collaborative space—one where vulnerability is a sign of strength, and healing starts with being seen and heard without judgment. My goal is to help you reconnect with your most authentic self by offering a safe, supportive environment built on trust and unconditional positive regard.
The therapeutic journey isn’t always linear, but it holds the promise of clarity, strength, and transformation. I’m here to walk beside you—offering guidance, support, and empowerment every step of the way.
