About Me

I am an Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina and a Master Addiction Counselor, certified in the United States. I have over 8 years experience and specialize in addictions, but have also worked closely with clients for a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and life changes.

I believe that the therapist/client relationship is of utmost importance and if you do not feel like I am a good fit, I will be happy to assist you in finding a therapist that is. I use a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy and am most definitely a person centered clinician. I consider counseling my calling and believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. It is my belief that therapy can assist one with regaining clarity and focus, in overcoming the hardships that life often throws us, and in bettering oneself to move from surviving life to thriving.
