My primary focus is young adults ages 18-25 and also have experience working with teenagers ages 13-18.

Brooke is absolutely amazing! She has taken great care of me, she builds me up when I'm low and she holds me accountable when I need it. I'm unlearned a lot of toxic patterns and recognizing them in myself as they come up.
She's also helped me a great deal with Accepting and facing my chronic pain and disability. She knows that I won't give up what I love and rest is hard for me. But she has also helped me find ways to embrace my new normal and adapt without surrendering.
