About Me

I work best with clients who have disorders related to difficulty with day to day functioning. People from all age groups are welcomed, including children. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and try to help clients cope with the various systems within their lives (school, work, family). My focus is typically upon helping clients discover the strengths that they have within them and learning how to best apply those strengths to life problems. Thus, I see counseling as the client and I working together towards a common goal of improving their quality of life.

I have been working with Bruce for about three weeks now. His patient demeanor and kindness really do mean the world to me. After every session I feel productive and my mind is at such ease. He is very funny too! Breaking up the seriousness of therapy with a joke or a smile helps me to smile and joke too.

Bruce is the best therapist I have honestly ever had and I’ve tried a few. I always feel like I’m making progress with him!
