About me

I am currently seeing patients Mon - Thurs with morning visits and some evening sessions available. I am currently licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and Wyoming. My Clinical experience is mostly centered on behavior change with focus on self worth and daily tasks. I typically use therapeutic style of Motivational Interviewing with some Cognitive Behavior and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Techniques to maximize treatment goals. I also understand everyone is different, so I can integrate other therapy techniques to the client's needs. I work with clients to identify tasks that fits to their liking in learn how to build that positive self. Depression, stress, grief, loss, anxiety, family conflicts can and will go through most people's lives. Expanding your skills with strengths you already have is key in learning good coping skills during these life encounters.
All age groups are welcome and open dialogue is always important. I hope to make all sessions a benefit to personal growth we all need throughout the life cycle.

Bryan is a good listener and very understanding. He has offered suggestions on different ways to help with my anxiety and depression. And those have been tailored specifically to the things that work well for me (book and podcast suggestions for example).

I would definitely recommend him as a caring provider!
