I typically use therapeutic style of Motivational Interviewing with some Cognitive Behavior and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Techniques to maximize treatment goals. I also understand everyone is different, so I can integrate other therapy techniques to the client's needs. I work with clients to identify tasks that fits to their liking in learn how to build that positive self. Bryan is a good listener and very understanding. He has offered suggestions on different ways to help with my anxiety and depression. And those have been tailored specifically to the things that work well for me (book and podcast suggestions for example).

I would definitely recommend him as a caring provider!
