I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through these challenges and more, both online and in my private practice, and I've seen meaningful progress.

This was my first time doing therapy and I was very apprehensive about it. Bukola really made me feel comfortable and helped me process grief, and all the feelings that I’d buried alongside it. Feel much more in touch with my emotions now vs ever before

Bukola is very patient and empathetic in our sessions. She asks some good thought provoking questions, which I may not have considered which we can then discuss in future sessions. I've had regular sessions with Bukola for a while and I find them really helpful in exploring past and present situations. I keep alot of what she says in mind and try to apply them in daily life.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received from my therapist, Bukola.
When I first came into therapy, I was overwhelmed with doubt, stress, and anxiety, especially in my relationship with my boyfriend where my past trauma kept resurfacing. I had my emotional walls up; unsure if healing was possible, but knowing something desperately needed to change.
From the very beginning, Bukola created a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where I’ve felt truly heard and understood. Her ability to listen with genuine empathy and reflect thoughtfully has been a key part of my healing and growth. Since beginning therapy with Bukola, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall wellbeing - particularly with my relationship with my boyfriend. I can see this has become much stronger. I’ve become more aware of my emotions, needs, and boundaries, and I now approach challenges with a greater sense of clarity and calm.

My therapist was understanding , helpful and responsive. I appreciate her work with me. My reservation is with the method. I am not a fast typist and not being able to converse on a one to one verbally I found difficult. I have spoken to a few friends here in the UK who have much experience in therapy and none have ever heard of such a method of communication.
