I would like to know if you are still in this relationship? If you are, do you value yourself? What are you getting from the relationship, the question raises a lot more questions than answers. Lots of things I would want to know regards the relationship, particularly if you are feeling unsupported, are you feeling demeaned or misunderstood? Do you get criticized or do you get given sarcastic comments?

I would like to know what you do for self-care? What do you for yourself, do you make sure you do things for you, do things you like each week, it's important in a situation like this you have time for yourself which will help your own self esteem.

Are there past issues from the relationship that are dwelled on? Do you have a plan for the future? If so does it include being in a relationship? Do you feel being in the relationship enhances your life? How would you like to be treated in your relationship? Have you thought of ways acceptable to you that might change to make relationship acceptable?

One thing I would like to get you to look at is the following: If your best friend came to you and told you what you have mentioned on here, what would you honestly tell them to do? If you were to look forward without this person in your life what sort of life would you expect to lead?

It would be nice to chat and explore all the options available, also to get an understanding of what you feel about yourself. It would be a non judgmental space: you could look inside your deepest thoughts and feelings, that you possible haven't done before, this may help you to look at things in a different light, potentially giving you more options, just talking about things can help.

I hope I my answer has given you enough thought options to enable you to see that there are options available to you. The response may have raised more questions than answers, but at least you will be more self-aware of your situation.
