Cara is a great listener, responds promptly, and is very much there to help.
It’s clear that Cara takes the time to listen and gives honest feedback; she is attentive and fair.
Cara has been a good listener and understands my challenges - she has provided good feedback and I feel I have support.
My experience with Cara Goldstein thus far has been both therapeutic and life altering. She provides useful tools to help me navigate the best solutions for me. Lastly, she is compassionate and competent!
Through our first few sessions, she has proven to be very open minded, relatable and easy to talk to. It can sometimes be hard finding a new therapist, but Cara has made the process very easy. I look forward to continuing to work with her and learn from her.
Cara helped me feel heard and supported. We used DBT and, with her support, I began to make small changes in my life. She was both empathic and empowering; she listened and understood my concerns and gave me the tools I needed to make the changes in my life that would lead to a happier and healthier life. She responded to me every day and encouraged me to keep doing the work on myself- Cara gave me the hope I needed in a time of despair. In addition, she supported me in the transition and helped me find resources I can use after we finished counseling together.
Cara is an excellent therapist, She helps me with personal and professional problems, as well as with my family and social life. She is excellent for depression, anxiety, relationship and LGBT issues. I really like her style of counseling, I have been with her for over a year. She is just as good as my face to face therapist, I highly recommend her to anybody who needs an intelligent and caring therapist who is always there for you. She works very hard for me and is very good at what she does.
Cara is quick to respond and gives great suggestions. she is open minded and is eager to help.
Cara is very professional and has really worked hard to understand what I'm saying and respond helpfully and with compassion. She's very prompt and clearly reads what I have to say carefully and with real interest.
I had my doubts about this site. I'm not a very trusting person. Once I exchanged a couple of messages with Cara, I knew this was a great idea. I love that she is available anytime and I can tell her things as they happen. She really has managed to guide me into a path where I can "better help" myself. ( I know, corny but had to!) She's brilliant.
