She is so great. I don’t have the word to describe how great of a therapist she is. I’ve been seeing her for a year now and she understands me in so many ways

Carisa is so kind and caring, she helps me realize things about myself and supports me completely. I’m so glad I found her, she helps me feel not so alone, like I matter and deserve the best. I would recommend her to anyone grieving or struggling, she is a light in the darkness!

I am new to therapy after of many years of self help. But after my son died suddenly, I felt the need to reach out to someone. Carisa hit the nail on the head by allowing me to recognise my complicated grief and it was as if a light went on in my head. I cannot recommend Carisa enough as she is grounded, open and made me feel safe from the onset. I enjoy my weekly sessions with Carisa and am truly grateful for all the support advice she has offered me to get back on track with my life.

She is here to listen, understand, and provide things relevent and useful to your emotional, mental, and psychological state of mind. She doesn't skim through messages or spam random mental health content for the sake of it. She has a open mind as well as the ability to give you the safe space you've probably been needing from someone in a long while.
