Carlee Russom, LMSW
About me
My focus is to help people recover, heal and live with purpose and strength. We achieve this together by holding a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing an individualized treatment plan that's about you. I work with people on substance use issues, traumatic stress, and other causes of depression, anxiety, anger, or grief.
The most important thing about therapy is having a good relationship with your counselor. Trust, and working at your pace are what I strive for. We can use talk-therapy, EMDR, and other methods. Mindfulness, meditation, and Yoga can be included as desired. Issues that women and girls face such as relationships, motherhood, and DV are often addressed.
I am truly honored on a daily basis to be invited to this sacred heart's work. I strive to use my own experience to be of service to others who are driven to heal. Thank you for considering me. We do recover!
