Hi my name is Carlos Morales and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. My education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Social Work. My experience includes individual and group therapy since 2005. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, couples counseling, phase-of-life problems (e.g. divorce, change of career), blended family issues, parenting, anger management, trauma and personality disorders. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish).
My therapeutic style is collaborative and I tailor treatment to your specific needs. I have specialty training in Gestalt therapy which emphasizes your unique experience, a focus on the present, the environment, and our therapeutic relationship. Although Gestalt is my specialty, I use techniques from multiple disciplines in my work, including utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused brief therapy.
