Working with Dr. Carly Heidenreich has been a great help, both in addressing acute moments of anxiety and in identifying and reforming boundaries and habits. I feel like working with her I was able to clarify what I want (and don't) and how to go about making that happen.

Carly was a great support to me during a stressful time in my life. Not only is she a great listener, she kept me engaged in all of our sessions. She was great at creating a strong therapeutic relationship and I will be sure to return to her in the future should the need arise. I feel as though I have gained many skills that will allow me to be successful in facing all life's twists and turns.
