About me

I believe the relationship that you and I develop with each other is the biggest influencer on your personal growth through counseling. I know opening up to someone can be scary and I hope to earn your trust and confidence. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples to help improve overall satisfaction in life. I primarily work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship stress.

Sometimes, life is just hard. Maybe your relationship isn't feeling strong. Or maybe you aren't feeling strong. We can work together to not only discover more about what happened yesterday or today, but also how to have a better tomorrow.

My main goal is for you to find joy in your life and relationship. This may be just having a place to vent about what's going on in your world, finding new ways to react to old problems, or identifying ways to take better care of YOU.

Carol is a really good listener and maintains a solid work ethic. She has been very responsive and I feel as if she is really easy to talk to. She does not give judgmental comments back and provides thoughtful insights when responding. She is one of the best therapist I’ve encountered so far. Really appreciate her help.
