About me
I have worked in the counseling, human services, compassion giving fields since the 1980's. It has been my privilege to work with many people, including, but not limited to: families, teens, persons with mental health disorders, addictions, anxiety, grief, trauma, and end of life care. I use a variety of tools and therapies: Acceptance and Commitment , Narrative ,, Cognitive-Behavioral , and Solution Focused Therapies. Everyone deserves compassion, concern, and a non-judging ear. I feel life is a journey and sometimes we need to have others walk with us to our destination.
