Hello and warm welcome to my page.

I work with adults and young adults looking for how to manage stress, anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, feeling sad, relationship issues, work stress, emotional dysregulation, and anger amongst others.

I provide counselling support committed to listen, hear you, and assist you reach and achieve a better manageable emotional and mental wellbeing for a better future.

My integrative therapy approach is provided in a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental environment; and is tailored and aimed to meet your unique individual need. A therapy that genuinely is about you.

I value and accept you as a person without judgement and will create a nurturing space for you to explore the difficulties you are facing and to find healing and personal growth.

I am trained and practice Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I aim to work according to your need and with what will benefit you more as an individual when working with you.

Working hours: I work Monday to Friday. I do not work weekends and bank holidays. Messages received during the weekend, from late Friday afternoon may not be replied to until the following Monday. Messages received during bank holiday weekends will be replied from the following Tuesday.
