Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker in NY and NJ. I have over 4 years experience helping individuals learn new skills, navigate challenging relationships, and find emotional stability. I am honored to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and Trauma Informed Care.
I am a big believer that the therapeutic relationship can be just as important as the modality. I listen, hear, connect and support the individuals I work with.
