I look forward to my chats with Carolyn. She’s my first therapist and I’m blessed to be paired with her to start my healing journey.
This was my first time using Better Help and I had been very reluctant to see what kind of Councelor I would get matched too. Carolyn was a perfect match for me right from the beginning! She is a greater listener and could understand exactly what my issues were. We focused on those issues which included confidence and relationships I am in a much better place now. I also appreciated her responses to my journals and checking in on me through them. I highly recommend Carolyn.
