About me

I am licensed in Missouri and Florida with 25 years of professional counseling experience. My speciality areas and strong experiences are in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with clients to eliminate family conflicts, parenting issues, and improve their social skills and personal relationships. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Our counseling sessions will use Mindfulness, CBT, and Solutions Focused Therapies as we work through tough issues you may be dealing with. Engaging in therapy is the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life and it takes courage and commitment.
