About me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California. I specialize in working with adult individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and career issues. I have been working in the mental health field for about 10 years. Before that, I worked in career development and vocational rehabilitation. I continue to have a specialty in career counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings, including non-profit, social services, and private practice.
I use a variety of tools and techniques in counseling, tailoring my approach to each client. I have training and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, yoga, and meditation.
