I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and I have been working in the counseling field since 2002. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and emotional dysregulation. I have also worked with diverse clients across various settings and with varying life challenges to include stress management, mental health difficulties, relationship issues, family conflict, and complex trauma.
My theoretical orientation is a holistic and diversified approach based on current research, best practice, and evidence-based treatment. I value integrating the total well-being of the individual in order to access the greatest potential for change and sense of purpose. I understand that individuals and their situations are unique, and my counseling methodology is responsive to the personal needs and learning style of the client.
