Cary has been my therapist for more than a few months now and she makes me feel like she truly understands my needs and concerns. I know I can talk to her about anything and feel like whatever I’m struggling with, she’s there with a solution and to me that’s golden and what I look for in a good therapist. She also has a great personality and I feel so comfortable talking to her about things. Always very helpful and optimistic. I know I can trust her expertise and it makes me keep wanting to come back for more sessions.

Cary has been extremely helpful dealing with my family issues, emotional management, stress and anxiety, and much more. She remembers many details that even I forget about at times and gives me reminders for things that I need help with. She's compassionate, caring, and all-in-all a great person to communicate these positives and negatives in my life with!
