About Me

Life can be hard. Despite that, and sometimes even because of that, life can also be fulfilling and rewarding.

My goal, as a therapist, is to walk alongside you during difficult and painful times; to create a safe space to allow you to tell your story, process your experiences and learn coping skills to help you rise above life's challenges and be the best version of yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Utah. I am open-minded and operate on a humanistic and systems-theory approach. I want to honor your innate uniqueness and help you work towards the goals that are important for you. I draw from a variety of therapy modalities, but tend to focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (both regular CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT) and Solution Focused approaches.

I have a Psychology background, with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. I have a broad range of experience working with children, teens, and families. The majority of my education and experience has been spent working with those involved in the child welfare system and those suffering from chronic illness, trauma, depression, anxiety ,and substance abuse.

I believe people are resilient and can overcome even the most difficult challenges.

Should you choose to take the next step in getting help, I look forward to working with you!

Seriously one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. Always makes me feel heard and cared for.
