Reviews

Working with Cathy has been one of the best investments I've made in myself.
When I first started therapy, one of my biggest fears was becoming like my father, brother, and uncle. I saw patterns of avoidance, procrastination, and an unwillingness to face difficult situations, and I was worried that I would fall into those same habits. Cathy helped me recognize those fears, understand where they came from, and most importantly, develop the tools to move past them.
Through our work together, I've become much more willing to face challenges head on instead of avoiding them. That growth has impacted every area of my life, especially my businesses. Cathy helped me work through the fear and uncertainty that often come with investing in growth. As a result, I've been able to make decisions with more confidence, invest capital into my businesses, and take calculated risks that have led to significant growth and opportunities.
Cathy creates an environment where you feel heard, understood, and challenged in the best possible way. She doesn't just listen. She helps you identify the patterns that are holding you back and gives you practical tools to create real change.
I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to grow personally, professionally, and emotionally.

Cathy has been my therapist for several years. The connection we have built and share is amazing. She listens to me and always gives me advice and guidance on how to improve myself and how to make myself feel better. The professional relationship between myself and Cathy is so important to me. She has helped me through many difficult situations and I know that she is very supportive of me. In my opinion Cathy is the best therapist and she always gives me a lot of great advice and encouragement and ideas to help me deal with my problems. She is the BEST!

Thought I have only had two sessions with Cathy (so far), she has been wonderful. I didn't realize how much I needed the support of someone who has experience with what I am dealing with. It is amazing!
