She is the easiest person to talk to and share with. Empathetic, wise and offers real hands on solutions, techniques, exercises, visualizations and meditations designed to work in conjunction with the work we are doing online. I’m definitely making progress and feeling more positive as a result of our sessions.

Such a sweetheart. Feel very comfortable to talk to her.

Catherine was/is very patient and helpful. She was extremely kind in adjusting to my changing schedule and a good listener. She provided some early/easy tips to get started on better communication with others and my inner monologue or “self talk track”. I look forward to future sessions.

I have just started working with Catherine and I am blown away with the progress I have made from her recommendations. She is so professional, knowledgeable and makes me feel understood. This is the first time trying therapy and I have seen so much difference in the short few weeks I have been in contact with her. I would recommend Catherine to everyone.
