Bailey Dougherty

About Me

I am an openminded therapist with a belief that we are all different and those differences are what make us unique. I proved a non-judgemental, laid back, and accepting space where clients can feel comfortable and safe. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I provide education, support, and help my clients build confidence while processing past trauma or distressing events. Together we will work to identify current coping strategies and build on those skills by adding research-based tools. These will include an emphasis on self-care, mindfulness, emotion education and acceptance, and self-talk. I will be thrilled to be there with you through this process of learning to become more adaptive, healthier, and happier.

Licensed in Washington. I am experienced in working with individuals ranging in age from 8 - 50 years old. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, abuse and trauma (sexual, verbal, physical, and emotional), PTSD, teen issues, school/work stress.

All things she's shared with me so far, have been amazing. She understands what I'm going through and how hard it is. She's someone I'm glad I have support from in this different and difficult time in my life.
