Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Her training and experience with CBT and DBT fit perfectly for helping me with PTSD and anxiety.

Catherine was so easy to work with and I found her insights helpful for me. She allowed a very comfortable space, non-judgmental, and open for communication. I really appreciated that we could do our visit via telephone to make it more accessible for me. I would recommend her hands down.
