Catherine always made me feel safe and I never felt embarrassed or judged. This was my first experience with therapy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first therapist. Through therapy, I learned that I identify as an empath, and how important it is for me to protect my energy, and she gave resources for how to do just that. I work a very high stress job where I manage and interact with many different people. Catherine helped me with many tools to help get me out of my constant state of “fight or flight.” I always got something out of our sessions. She holds you accountable, yet also supportive. Very responsive to messages.
