I am a mental health therapist with nearly a decade of experience, and a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in both California and Kansas. I have worked with a wide range of individuals who have faced many different challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting problems, life transitions, and family relationships. I am specialized on immigration concerns, adolescents, and cultural differences within families. I provide therapy in both Spanish and English.
My therapy style is warm and engaging. I believe that every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity – and free of judgment. My approach uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment regulation competency therapy (ARC), trauma focus therapy, and family systems therapy. Most importantly, I view you as the best expert on your life and I want to hear your story.
It is a brave move to begin a path of healing and to make change in your life. If you are ready to begin your journey, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
