LPC #65394 (Expires: 2022-08-31)

Written by T.A. on May 11, 2020 after counseling with Catherine for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, self esteem, and compassion fatigue

I love the quick response times and her willingness to sound board on a variety of topics rather than force one line of thought. The bullet journal she suggested is a great tool that I can and will use even after therapy.
