I use a variety of approaches to help my clients, as to making sure I cater to your needs as a partner! Therapy can be difficult to start and I encourage feedback for open communication for your best therapy experience. I am a trained Cognitive Processing therapist and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression/anxiety. My experience includes working with clients dealing with PTSD (veteran/civilian), couples, psychosis, addictions, grief, anxiety, and mood disorders, among other challenges.
