Although I've only had one session so far, I feel like Catherine listens to me actively and has given me so many insights in a short time.

Catherine has really tried to understand my obstacles and difficulties in life in the short time I have been under her support so far. I feel therapy isn’t just about listening and talking but also being able to remember the things that have been said previously and Catherine does this so well, it allows each session to flow and creates a feeling that I’m progressing with each obstacle as the sessions go. Catherine’s understanding of neurodiversity is exceptional and that has allowed me to be honest and open with my thoughts and difficulties without fear of having to explain myself, in turn this has made it easier to work through each subject . I couldn’t recommend Catherine’s support enough, in particular for neurodivergence and general mental health support.

Very kind, experienced, empathetic therapist. Understands my problems but also spots details and patterns that I can't see and asks questions that change my perspective. Everyone deserves such a great therapist
