Cathleen is professional and direct, which I appreciate. She gives me homework to work on, which I think is important in terms of really taking a look at yourself and getting you focused on what you need to do to take better control of your mental health.

So far I have had three sessions with Cathleen and she has been wonderful in helping me navigate my own feelings and just letting me feel heard ane providing me a safe space not only to vent my emotions or frustrations for a particular situation but to remember to embrace the good when life tests you. Life is about balance and Cathleen helps guide this with patience and compassion.
