One of the nicest ladies ever. I felt heard and seen whenever we talked. She offered me very helpful tools to deal with anxiety and she was available for text whenever i needed it. She was very helpful and helped me learn how to heal from previous trauma. She’s amazing!

Cathy has been a warm, welcoming presence during our meetings so far. She brings insight from scripture and her wisdom to listen and ask great questions.

Cathy has been such a great help to me, mentally, emotionally, spiritually with handling my mental health problems, and helping me to find ways of handling & deàling with all kinds of things. She's right there with me, a lot of the time.

This is my first time using BetterHelp or any virtual counseling program for that matter and I am very satisfied with it so far. I was paired with Cathy when I signed up and have been working with her for a little over a month and in that time, I’ve made so much serious progress in the things that I came to counseling for in the first place. All of this is due to how Cathy has worked with me in our time. She is warm, understanding, clear, helpful, dedicated, professional, empathetic and so much more. I am very grateful to all the help she has given me in my life since starting to work together and I look forward each week to our talks. I am breathing easier in my life now knowing I have her to assist me with the things I struggle with and helping to give me far “better help” than I was getting before without her. I’m very grateful for her, I love working with her and I am so happy I get to continue working with her.

I have spent relatively short time with Cathy but she has been very caring, accommodating and attentive during that time.
