Catrina is amazing...plain and simple. I came to her without knowing what I needed and came out stronger and more confident. My ability to stand in my feelings and make more rational decisions will be something I take with me each day. Thank you!! ❤️
Catrina's made all the difference. All my conventional avenues weren't working and I needed help. This wonderful woman has guided me to places I didn't even know I needed to go. She's very experienced, patient, and has filled the shoes of three others combined. Thank you Better Help
I’ve never had someone support me and walk me through the shadows of my mind like Catrina did. Every session was heavy but necessary for my journey. I would not have been able to get my mind where it is now, which is in a more secure and safe place, without her help.
I have only had 2 sessions with Catrina, but from my experience with her so far, she is easily the best counselor I have ever had. She is very action oriented and understands that I am as well. Because of this, we're able to come up with plans on how to improve my current situation. I get "homework" between sessions and it helps me stay accountable in maintaining my mental health. Things are finally starting to look okay. I'm glad I have her as my therapist.
In our two sessions, I have felt more comfortable opening up about myself than I have with anyone. I am so thankful that I was paired with her. She listens and genuinely cares about me and what I have to say.
