Hello I am Dr. Caylee Ellingson, a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of North Dakota. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from the University of North Dakota. I earned my doctorate degree (PhD) in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. I have vast experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities. I have worked with individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, stress, and addiction.
I believe that the relationship is so important in therapy in order to create a meaningful collaboration. I believe that authenticity and transparency help to build a solid foundation for growth and change. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach.

Caylee is the second counselor that I was paired with and we are a much better fit. She asks incredible questions to really help me navigate all aspects of my life and concerns. She has this beautiful way of tying everything together. She is patient and calm. I really enjoy her realness. I am excited to continue with her and see my progress in the sessions to come!
