About me

I am licensed clinical social worker in Hawaii with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & depression. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue for all you healthcare workers who need to vent and let go. COVID lead to burn-out for some, and an increase in bad behaviors for others. I work one on one with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Take the first step & sign up for therapy, and I will walk the journey towards healing and joy with you, every step of the way.

Cecilia is super sweet and responds to all of my concerns. I’ve never had someone actually listen to me before they try to solve my problem, and she does it very well.
